The value for money at The Croft was fantastic, with beautiful, spotless rooms and added extras like cereals, coffee, and teas. The location was great, just a short drive from Alton Towers, and there were convenient amenities nearby like supermarkets and a pub. The owners, Paul and Johanna, were attentive and clearly took pride in their property and the service they provided.
The breakfast option could be improved with better water pressure in the showers.

Our family of 7 stayed at The Croft in North Staffordshire for a short break. The owner left us a lovely surprise of milk, cereal, coffee, and tea, which was a welcome treat when we arrived late. The house was spotless and had plenty of space for all of us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft and crisp white sheets. The location was perfect, with nearby supermarkets and restaurants, and attractions like Alton Towers and Peak Wildlife Park within a short drive. The self-catering property had everything we needed, including games for the kids. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Croft, North Staffordshire Villa was great - we got a clean and comfortable room with spacious accommodations for our family of 7. The location was fantastic, with convenient access to nearby Tesco, restaurants, and attractions like Alton Towers. The staff, Paul and Johanna, were helpful and communicative, making our stay even better.
The breakfast could have been improved with proper curtains in the twin bedrooms, as the bright morning light woke the kids up early.

The house was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. the thoughtful touches such as complimentary snacks and beverages were a nice addition to our stay.
There were a couple of aspects that were not ideal. The water pressure in the showers was extremely low, making it difficult to have a satisfactory shower experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. It was conveniently located just a short drive away from Alton Towers, which was a great attraction for our family. the house itself was beautiful and incredibly clean. We were impressed by the thoughtful touches throughout, such as having milk, juice, and snacks available upon arrival. the property was also well-maintained and we didn't have any issues during our stay.
There were a few issues that affected our experience. the showers in both bathrooms had very low water pressure, which was quite disappointing.

The shower in the main en-suite filled up quickly, but eventually drained away. A mirror in the main bedroom would have been helpful for getting ready for a wedding. However, the spacious and modern surroundings made up for these minor inconveniences. The hosts were extremely helpful, providing essentials like milk, orange juice, and cereal. it was a lovely stay at The Croft, North Staffordshire Villa.
